We all know the sport is growing and professionalizing rapidly, so this will be a conversation attempting to assess the current environment and plot a reasonable course forward. As a community, it’s up to us to ensure the spirit and values of our beautiful sport are preserved into the future and this is our attempt to get ahead of issues and hold each other accountable.
