Freetrail is the proud owner of the Gorge Waterfalls trail races, in partnership with our friends at Daybreak Racing. In an effort to ensure our participants have a good time and increase the likelihood they reach their goals, we created Gorge-specific plans to lead up to one of the Pacific Northwest’s most important events.

This 12-week 100k training plan was designed by Dylan Bowman to specifically simulate the race and prepare runners for our beautiful but challenging Oregon trails. The plan is designed to start exactly 12 weeks before race day, so if you feel like you need more time, consider doing the 4-week Base Build Block or the 6-Week Off-Season Training Plan before jumping in.
